ZINTER, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Milo Hirning filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus challenging four drug convictions. The habeas court denied relief. Hirning appeals on three of the convictions. We affirm.

Facts and Procedural History

[¶ 2.] There are three criminal proceedings involving four convictions that were reviewed by the habeas court. Hirn-ing challenges the first, third, and fourth convictions in this appeal.
