McKUSICK, Chief Justice.

Husband Bertram Jacobs appeals from the divorce judgment entered by the Superior Court (Franklin County) in the divorce action brought by his wife, Patricia Jacobs. He contends (a) that he has a constitutional right to joint or shared custody of the couple’s three minor children and that the divorce judgment infringed upon that right by granting primary custody to Mrs. Jacobs; and (b) that the Superior Court abused its discretion in the alimony, child support, and other financial terms of the divorce judgment.
