Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 10, 1977, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal also brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence and a statement made by him.
