The Court has heard Insurance Company of North America’s Complaint seeking a declaratory judgment that a debt owed it on various instruments signed by Alan J. Faden is non-dischargeable as to both of the Debtors, Alan J. and Harriet B. Faden. After consideration of the evidence, the pleadings, and the arguments of counsel, the Court makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and enters a separate Judgment in conjunction herewith that the debt to INA is not dischargeable as to Alan J. and Harriet B.
