A jury found Santos Portillo guilty of conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine from December 2001 to January 2002 (Count 1), and distribution of methamphetamine on September 18, 2001 (Count 4), September 19 (Count 5), September 20 (Count 6), and September 21 (Count 7), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), (b)(1)(B), (b)(1)(C), and 846. The district court sentenced him to concurrent prison terms of 135 months followed by concurrent supervised release terms of 5 years.
