JOHNSON, Judge.

On these consolidated appeals, we are asked to consider whether the Administrative Judge of the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County lacked jurisdiction to act upon motions for a new trial or in arrest of. judgment on appeals from summary convictions brought more than five years following conviction. We find that the procedure for reinstating the right to file a statutory appeal was followed in none of these three cases.
