This plaintiff, on February 20, 1912, recovered a judgment in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, against Thomas L. Reid for the sum of five hundred dollars, and the judgment bore interest from that date at the rate of six per cent per annum. The present action was brought against said Thomas L. Reid and his wife, Mae N. Reid, to set aside a conveyance executed December 30, 1916, by J ames T. Broughal and his wife, Annie L. Broughal, which conveyed to defendant Mae N.
