Action in two counts to try and determine title, and in ejectment for possession of a narrow tract of land along the east or left bank of Current River in Ripley County. Defendant, answering, alleged its ownership of the tract, and prayed for judgment so declaring. The trial court found and adjudged plaintiffs to be the owners of land lying east of a line surveyed by a commission of surveyors, and found defendant to be the owner of land lying west of the line so surveyed.
