In this defamation suit, appellant Earlie Robertson appeals a judgment granted in favor of appellees Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Inc. (SWBYP), Kenneth Ray Smithee, and Terry John Walsh. Appellant presents four issues on appeal generally contending the trial court erred in granting appellees’ motions for summary judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.
