The plaintiffs in this action are James Boland and several other Trustees (“Trustees”) of the Bricklayers & Trowel Trades International Pension Fund (“IPF”). The IPF is an employee benefit plan and a multiemployer plan as defined under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). See Compl. ¶¶ 1, 3, ECF No. 1.
