SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION RE PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT 1

The plaintiff, Wendell W. Webster, 2 seeks to avoid pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b), the payment under a contract (“Contract”) of $127,400.00 on August 4, 2000, by one of the debtors, NETtel Corporation, Inc., to the defendant Harris Corporation (“Harris”), and seeks to recover a judgment under 11 U.S.C. § 550(a) for the amount of the avoided transfer. The court will grant Webster’s motion for summary judgment as to all but $3,184.58 of the $127,400.00 payment for the following reasons.
