This is a criminal action against four defendants, John Nicolo, Constance Roe-der, Charles Schwab, and David Finnman, charging them with various offenses involving an alleged scheme to defraud the Town of Greece, New York (“Greece”), Eastman Kodak Company (“Kodak”), and other companies in the Western District of New York.
