KIRSCHER, Bankruptcy Judge.

Appellant, debtor First Yorkshire Holdings, Inc. (“First Yorkshire”), appeals an order from the bankruptcy court granting appellee, Pacifica L 22, LLC (“Pacifica”), relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2) and (d)(4). 1 As we find the bankruptcy court abused its discretion by failing to make any findings on the equity and value of First Yorkshire’s property interest in its junior deed of trust under § 362(d)(2), We VACATE and REMAND with instructions to enter findings.
