This action- was commenced by Stanford Willard, now deceased, against John P. Stauffer, Melvin Loucks, Benjamin Lechlitner, Exchange Bank of Wakarusa, Walter Lumber Company, Herbert W. and Harry A. Layer and others, seeking to enforce an alleged lien upon certain real estate. The complaint alleges that, on May 2, 1924, the plaintiff, Stanford Willard, was the owner of certain real estate in Elkhart County; that, on said day, a decree was rendered in the Elkhart Superior Court setting aside a deed theretofore executed by John P. Stauffer conveying the real estate to the plaintiff as to certain…
