*518¶ 1 Petitioner Joanne Farrell (Joanne) filed a petition to dissolve her marriage to respondent Thomas Howe (Thomas), and the circuit court entered a judgment dissolving the marriage, which incorporated a marital settlement agreement signed by the parties.
