OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Respondent Robert S. Elkins was admitted to the practice of *294law in the State of New York by the Second Judicial Department on January 13, 1993, as Robert Scott Elkins. At all times pertinent to this proceeding, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
