INTRODUCTION
Before the court is a multi-party dispute 1 involving multiple claims, counterclaims and cross-claims. Plaintiffs originally filed their complaint in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as related to a bankruptcy proceeding captioned “In Re: Crane Builders, Inc., Bankruptcy No. 89-2040ST”. The bankrupt firm, Crane Builders, Inc., will hereinafter be referred to as “CBI”.
