Wilson v. Lee

The wreck occurred about 5:15 o’clock a.m. on August 4, 1965, on U. S. Highway #701 Bypass near its intersection with U. S. Highway #701 approximately one mile north of the city limits of Whiteville, Columbus County.

State Highway Patrolman, F. D. McLean, testified on behalf of the plaintiff as to what he had observed when called to the scene for investigation.
