AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER LIFTING STAY
MARTIN GLENN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Fox 716 Realty LLC (“Landlord”), the landlord and a creditor of Sweet N Sour 7th Ave Corp. (“Debtor”), moves the Court for an order modifying the automatic stay to permit the Landlord to enforce the pre-petition warrant of eviction obtained against the Debtor.
