— The plaintiff brought this action seeking, first, the foreclosure as a mortgage of an unconditional contract for the purchase of certain real estate, and foreclosure of a collateral mortgage, given upon other property to secure the performance of the terms of the contract. By her second and third causes of action she sought a recovery upon certain unsecured claims for money loaned. During the pendency of the action, she caused a writ of attachment to be issued upon her second and third causes of action, and levied upon the real estate covered by the collateral mortgage.
