Appellee F. N. Wall, formerly the owner of certain' property in Covington county, and his wife, Mrs. Martha Wall, executed a trust deed thereon to the Federal Land Bank to secure a loan from said bank. The pay ments were divided into annual installments, and ap-pellees appear to have made some payments on the debt, but after the 1928 payment, they seem to have been unable to meet the payments. Roy Wall, son of F. N. Wall, and stepson of Mrs. Martha Wall, advanced the money to pay the installments due in 1929, 1930, and 1931. The said F. N.
