This is an appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to an amended bill of complaint in which the complainants seek to subject the separate property of a married woman to the payment of a sum of money alleged to be due as the reasonable compensation for professional services rendered to her partly during her widowhood and partly after her remarriage. It is prayed that the “defendant or defendants” be decreed to be indebted to complainants, ascertain in what sum and enforce the payment thereof out of the income and profits of the real estate described and alleged to be the property of the…
