Travelers Indemnity Company upon the recon ventional-demand of said'de-. fendant urged in response to plaintiff’s, principal demand for damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of a collision, between a pick up truck owned and.being operated-by plaintiff. Sharp and. a Buick automobile ^ owned and being driven by Wilson E. Smith, .insured of. defendant Travelers Indemnity Company.
