This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas entered upon a verdict for the plaintiff. Plaintiff’s action arose out of an automobile collision which occurred at the intersection of High Street Road and Lafayette-Harrod Road in Hardin County. High Street Road is a through highway and Lafayette-Harrod Road is a county road with stop signs erected at its intersection with High Street Road.
