This appeal is from a judgment for the defendant, Yan Sales Company, entered by the Columbus Municipal Court and affirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County.

Basic facts, as presented to the trial court, are essentially undisputed. The plaintiff, Simon Gutter, was driving west on East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, in the lane nearest the center line.
