CHADICK, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree in a partition suit. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The facts are involved due to previous litigation between the parties but in order to understand the case these prior proceedings must be described in some detail.

On May 4, 1948, Mrs. E. B. Jimmerson, widow of J. H. Jimmerson, and her daughters Bess Jimmerson, Renie Tipps, Era Rousseau, each a single woman, and Lin-nie Maloney, joined by her husband, and a son, Henry Jimmerson, filed a trespass to try title suit against another daughter, Monnie J.
