of the Commission of Appeals, delivered the opinion for the Court.
The respondent, M. M. White, and one of his brothers and five sisters, three of them suing as feme soles and the other two being joined by their husbands, brought this suit against the petitioner, S. E. White, another brother, all being the children and surviving heirs of J. M. White and Rachel E. White, both deceased.
