I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Ticketmaster LLC ("Ticketmaster") brings this action against Defendants Prestige Entertainment, Inc. ("Prestige"), Prestige Entertainment West, Inc. ("Prestige West"), Renaissance Ventures LLC ("Renaissance"), Nicholas Lombardi, and Steven K. Lichtman. (See generally Compl., ECF No. 1.)
