Megonnell v. United States Automobile Association

On May 16, 1996, Veronica F. Megonnell, petitioner, obtained a jury trial verdict for $291,000 plus costs against her husband, Mr. Megonnell, after an automobile accident. The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County entered a judgment in favor of petitioner. On January 13, 1999, petitioner filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Other Relief against United Services Automobile Association (USAA), respondent, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
