I. INTRODUCTION

This involuntary proceeding arises from a dispute between the petitioning creditor, Catherine E. Moore (the “Petitioning Creditor” or “Moore”) and her nephew, Thomas J. Elverson (the “Proposed Debt- or” or “Elverson”), regarding loans allegedly made by Moore to Elverson over an almost twenty year time period.
