¶ 1. We review the referee's 1 report and recommendation that the license of Attorney Phaidra S. Knight to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a period of 90 days, and that Attorney Knight be required to pay the costs of this disciplinary proceeding, which were $1,524.29 as of August 22, 2007. After independently reviewing the matter, we agree with and adopt the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law, which were made after entering a default judgment against Attorney Knight.
