Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order that granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment and denied their motion to amend their complaint.
Plaintiffs are landowners who entered into lease agreements with defendants for the oil and gas rights of their land. The consideration for execution of these leases were 30-day sight drafts; one draft was given for each land parcel. These drafts were due on December 7, 1980, and were not paid.
