Appeal from an order of the superior court for Chelan county, Grimshaw, J., entered April 13, 1920, determining the amount of an inheritance tax, after a hearing before the court.

This case calls for the determination of the amount of the inheritance tax due to the state of Washington.

*599September 28, 1913, Thomas J. Ferguson died, leaving a will, which was duly probated; and the estate, which consists of real property in Okanogan and Grant counties, was inventoried, and the value fixed by the appraisers at $19,947.25.
