The matters before the court involve two motions by Prologis Six Rivers Limited Partnership (“Prologis”) for attorney fees and costs.
BACKGROUND
Regrettably, the issues raised in these motions have been protracted due to unreasonable objections by the chapter 11 debtor, Peter J. Gould, d/b/a Cherry Hill Development Co. (“Gould”).
