ORDER

DENNIS D. O’BRIEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on application by John Deere Company for a superpriority administrative expense pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 507(b). John Saunders appeared representing John Deere Company (Deere). Richard Nadler appeared representing the Debtors. Robert Neill, Chapter 7 trustee, appeared pro se.
