EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried and convicted, despite his pleas, of having been an accessory after the fact to larceny and of conspiracy to commit forgery, in violation of Articles 78 and 81, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 878 and 881, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
