EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas a general court-martial consisting of officer members found appellant guilty of unauthorized absence and wrongful appropriation of an automobile, in violation of Articles 86 and 121 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886 and 921, respectively. The adjudged sentence — a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, and partial monthly forfeitures for a like period— was approved by the convening authority; the United States Navy Court of Military Review affirmed the findings and sentence.
