This case was heard on a general demurrer to the cross complainant’s bill seeking to enjoin the publication of alleged trade libels and unfair *191and groundless threats to sue customers and prospective customers of Pitman Manufacturing Company should they purchase its products. Pitman Manufacturing Company is a Delaware corporation, doing business in Atlanta, Georgia, and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of what is known as a “Deep Fat Fryer”.
