On April 10, 2001, Anton/Bauer, Inc. (“Anton/Bauer”) filed suit against PAG, Ltd. (“PAG”) in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, alleging infringement, pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 271(b) & (c), of United States Patent No. 4,810,204 entitled “Battery Pack Connection” (the “'204 patent”). Integral to the combination claimed in the '204 patent are a male and a female plate.
