United States v. Univis Lens Co.

These cases come here on direct appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the District Court granting in part and denying in part the Government’s prayer for an in junction restraining violations of § § 1 and 3 of the Sherman Act, 15 U. S. C. §§ 1,3, which make unlawful any contract, combination or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce among the states. The principal questions for decision are:
