Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment on a nonjury verdict of no cause of action on his complaint for damages caused by the demolition of his home by the defendants.
On July 26, 1965 (prior to the time plaintiff assumed ownership of the house in question), the Lincoln Park City Council declared said premises a nuisance and ordered its abatement or removal upon its vacation by the present occupants.
