Following a jury trial in the Grayson Circuit Court, Appellant John Gregory Grant was convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) while in possession of a firearm. He claims his conviction must be reversed due to the admission of improper rebuttal evidence.
