Presently before the Court is a series of motions in a complex administrative law case 1 involving pre-enforcement challenges to two Federal Trade Commission (“FTC” or “Commission”) programs, the Line of Business Program (“LB Program”) and Corporate Pattern Reports (“CPR”).
