Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court (Joseph E. Fahey, J), rendered November 19, 2010. The judg*1151ment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1]), defendant contends that the 19-year preindictment delay violated his right to a speedy trial and his due process right to prompt prosecution.
