Matt Cufie died intestate in February, 1917, leaving surviving him four children, all minors except Katherine Cufie Gallegher, who was appointed administratrix of his estate, which was appraised at $36,000. John J. Cufie, one of the minor children, had eighty acres of land in his own name, and under the law inherited one-fourth of his father’s estate, all in Flathead county.
