Under an indictment charging him with the offense of “accessory after the fact of murder” in that he “unlawfully . . . after full knowledge that Nathan Grissette had killed and murdered . . . Frank Martin, Jr., did conceal the crime and did harbor and assist and protect the said Nathan Grissette, contrary to the law of . . .
