—Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Robert G. Seewald, J.), rendered on September 29, 1986, convicting defendant, following a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of from 8 to 16 years, is unanimously modified on the law to the extent of reducing defendant’s conviction to burglary in the second degree and remanding the matter for resentence and otherwise affirmed.
