Before the court is the petition of plaintiff Ann Marie Palmer for an award of attorneys’ fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”).
Plaintiff filed an application for Disability Insurance Benefits alleging she was disabled as of October 23, 1992, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. After her application was denied at the initial levels of administrative review, her case was assigned to an administrative law judge (“ALJ”).
