NETTESHEIM, Judge.
This matter comes before the court on petitioners’ motion for review of an order denying attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in prosecuting a case filed pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l -300aa-34 (1988 & Supp.1990), also codified as amended at 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 300aa-l -300aa-34 (West 1991 & Supp.1993) (the “Vaccine Act”). Petitioners contend that the special master erred in denying attorneys’ fees and costs, in that they made a good-faith effort in pursuing the case and their claim had a reasonable basis. Argument is…
