Following a bench trial held from February 6, 2012 to February 10, 2012, this matter is now before the Court for findings of facts, conclusions of law, and entry of judgment. Upon considering and *1331weighing the evidence on the trial record, the Court finds that Plaintiff, International Custom Products, Inc.
